ENERGY PERFORMANCE
CERTIFICATES

Introduced in 2008, the energy performance certificate provides information on a building/property's energy efficiency. An EPC can only be produced by a certified assessor and is valid for 10 years. Buildings are rated on a scale from A to G, with A being the most efficient.

Report Includes:

• Information on measures which could be made to improve energy efficiency

​

• Indication of the cost for each improvement

​

• Detailed information and advice are contained within the Recommendation Report provided with the EPC.

Completion

The finished report will be lodged with Elmhurst Energy, who are our Domestic Energy Assessment accreditors.

​

The EPC will be made available to you within 24 hours of attendance.
