Scott
Scott created the company in 2009 after moving to Cambridge when he saw the need for a professional and reliable inventory service. Since then the company has grown and now enjoys a reputation for quality, value, strong customer service and reliability. Scot understands the needs of agents and landlords and is constantly looking to improve the business in terms of service, training and knowledge.
Scot has over 25 years property exprience. He begun his property career after leaving college in 1991 when he joined a north east London firm of estate agents as a trainee. Over the following years he worked his way up to senior management before starting his own business. Scot has a plethora of property experience covering sales, lettings, acquisitions, property auctions, commercial property along with country and exclusive homes. He has worked in London and the home counties of Essex and Hertfordshire. Scot is a member of both ARLA and the AIIC and also holds electrical qualifications along with being a qualified domestic energy assessor. He was previously a member of the NAEA for many years.
Lisa
Lisa runs the office and deals with diary management and administration. Lisa previously worked within the corporate pensions market in Cambridge and London for over 10 years before being a stay at home mum. She has helped Scot grow the company. Her organisational skills and strong attention to detail have driven the company forward over the years. She is the helpful voice over the phone. Lisa was born in Cambridge and was educated at the Perse. After meeting Scott and getting married, she moved to Chigwell in 1996 but always vowed to move back to Cambridge. Lisa is a member of the AIIC.
Charles / Senior Clerk & LDR Assessor
Charles joined us in 2017 after a successful career as a senior property manager working for Intercounty Estate Agents. Previous to that, he worked for commercial agents APS & Currels in Islington & Kings Cross for 5 years followed by 2 years within film location services. Charles has a strong eye for detail and is customer focused in all that he does. He has a reputation for producing highly detailed reports. Charles lives with his family in a Village not far from Saffron Walden.
Charles covers our south territory along with Cambridge City. Charles is a member of the AIIC.
Ashley / Domestic Energy Assessor, Senior Clerk & LDR Assessor
Ashley joins us from a long career spanning 18 years in property. Originally from Newcastle, Ashley moved first to Cambridge where he worked for American Express in their Foreign Exchange division before being promoted and taking on a management role in the City and West End of London where he met his wife Rosa.
When starting a family he decided to return to Cambridge where he began a new career in property with Spicer McColl before being head hunted firstly by Russells Estate Agents followed by Redmayne Arnold & Harris
Primarily a Sales agent he made the move to property management after 6 years and hasn’t looked back. Trained as a Domestic Energy Assessor while at Russells he brings a diverse skill set to our team. He is also a professional photographer which has enabled us to offer high end marketing packs as part of our ever increasing portfolio of services. Based near Ely, Ashley covers our northern territories while regularly working in Cambridge for our blue chip clients. Ashley is a member of the AIIC and is an accredited energy assessor with Elmhurst Energy.
Ian / Clerk
Ian joined us in late 2018 and has proven to possess a keen eye along with a fastidious approach to his work and is a great asset to our growing team.
Ian has a vast and successful career in sales having held several sales director positions along with running successful businesses all over the world. Ian lives locally and covers our east territory along with Cambridge City. Ian is a member of the AIIC.
Carole / Consultant
Carole has a vast career, notably having owned and run successful public houses and restaurants before joining Bidwells within their professional department where she worked for over 20 years.
Due to her extensive business knowledge she gives advice and guidance with all our back office related matters.
