Experience

Our clerks were all previously working as property managers prior to joining us and have undergone thorough training to include the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS), legionella risk assessment along with Damp Mould & cold.

TECHNOLOGY

We believe that technology plays an important role, therefore, we use a cloud based diary and booking system where our clients can book their appointment safe in the knowledge that we will attend when requested. All reports are delivered electronically with the option of our smart paperless tenant delivery system.
